Shipments and returns

Your Order

Certain Items can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered as every piece of Nicola Hurst Jewellery is hand made to order by Nicola Hurst, however some items can take as little as a few days. All jewellery will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is insured and requires a signature for delivery. You will be informed once your order has been made and dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about the order please return it within 7 working days and you will receive a refund, exchange or credit note. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
