    Monthly Breath-work. Plymouth.

    July 8th 6-7.20pm

    £25 (concessions available upon request)

Breath-work, somatic movement, journaling and space for sharing (optional)

Surrender to your breath all that feels stuck, release the sadness, anger, fears, stressors, grief.

A journey takes us from one place to another, one experience to another, perhaps one state to another and another.

Invite your heart to open and welcome Yourself, your light.

    Rest the mind.

    Relax the body

    Reset and recharge.

This is a healing breath work which encourages the body to release stuck energy such as emotions, pain, stress and anxiety.

‘The time for healing old patterns and stuck energy is now. Self-love is waiting to be discovered and awakened within.’ David Elliot.

After having had a number of 1:1 breathwork sessions with Nicola to shift some big trauma emotions sitting uncomfortably in me I feel so much lighter and armed with the ability to know how to move these trapped emotions in the future. Each session is so gentle and held with a lot of thought put into oils to use and  soundtracks to almost float away with. Sue

This isn’t about knowing how to breathe – it’s about choosing to heal your nervous system with the breath.

Healing the nervous system is something we are all doing all of the time - we just aren’t aware of it.

Our bodies are really clever – AND we need extra!

Why? Because we live in a society that bombards our senses until we are overflowing with the noises, the pressures, the stressors, the push of daily demands and the pull of the need to slow down and pause it all for a while.

    SO we need extra >

Extra regulation with conscious care and attention.

    Extra grounding

    Extra compassion and self-love.

I’ve been practicing this healing breath-work consistently for over four years. It has changed my life so much that I chose to deepen the practice by completing the training to facilitate for others – that’s you.

Places are limited. £25. Open to all. DM if on low or no wage.

    Lammas/Lughnasadh

    A Celebration of Summer

    Saturday 23rd August

    12.45-15.15

    ☀️

This is the pause to rejoice the harvest, gathering and community.

We gather all we have been personally growing into fullness.

We pause to notice what needs more tender care, more nourishment, and what is ready to harvest.

    In Circle we gather.

With the support of Mama Cacao (or tea or water) we invite our hearts to open.

With the support of the elements we invite releasing, inspiration, grounding, brilliance and acceptance of what is here for us all individually and the whole.

In circle we will arrive as our fullest selves, being present to the moment and the experience.

    We will -

    >arrive in sacred space as our full selves with a grounding meditation to open the ceremony and welcome cacao or other sacred beverage

    >use gentle movement and the breath to ground further and dive deeper into our systems

    >journal and reflect with guided prompts

    >share within the sacred circle of women (optional)

    >create flower essences to support the journey

    >and set intentions for the season ahead

Come as you are, with an open heart, and a willingness to actively listen to others.
