With the elements as our support and witness, and with mama cacao (or tea) we invite our hearts to open.

We will -

>arrive in sacred space as our full selves with a grounding meditation to open the ceremony and welcome cacao or other sacred beverage

>use gentle movement and the breath to ground further and dive deeper into our systems

>journal and reflect with guided prompts

>share within the sacred circle of women (optional)

>create flower essences to support the journey

>and set intentions for the season ahead
